VoIP Much gives you free calling across the US, except the state of Alaska. In Canada, except for the NWT, Yukon and Nunavut, it can be used as a local calling number across the country.
While migrating to VoipMuch, it may be possible for you to retain you existing number. It is easy to set up by plugging in an analog terminal adapter between the internet distribution point and the phone.
You need to ensure the following to be able to activate the connection:
- A high-speed Internet connection (cable or DSL broadband ideal)
- A regular phone; a landline handset or cordless will do
- A physical address in Canada or the US (no PO boxes)
- A credit card valid in North American
- An ATA (Analog Terminal Adaptor), SIP device or softphone
Other features and facilities:
VoipMuch Business Phone Service(s) come with 1 local number (DID). Subscribers can choose from a list of cities. Additional DIDs will be available at an additional charge.
E911, equivalent to 911 for VOIP is included. It operates differently from the standard 911. Subscribers should familiarize themselves with the facility.
An allowance of 3500 minutes per month has been included for outbound calling. It excludes calls for which additional charges might be applicable.
The VoIP Fail feature will automatically forward your calls to a pre-designated number, in the event you experience an internet or power outage. So, you don’t lose any incoming calls.

Conference Calling, a feature most businesses need, can be added on for a flat fee with no restriction on conference call duration. Up to 20 participants for regular plans and more than 20 for enterprise plans. Up to 10 feature-rich conference bridge IDs included (more than 10 are available with the Enterprise plan).
